Government of the Republic of Serbia approved on 30th October 2014 the Decision on entrance without visa for the holders of foreign travel documents, who have valid Schengen visa, UK visa and other EU countries’ visa and USA visa and for holders of foreign travel documents who have residence in the stated countries.

1. Foreign citizens, holders of all travel documents except for travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions, are allowed to enter to, transit or reside without Serbian visa if they possess valid Schengen visa or UK visa or visa of any other EU country or USA visa, for maximum 90 days within the period of six months.

2. Decision also applies to the holders of foreign travel documents who have valid residence permits in the countries of Schengen Area, EU member states or USA.

3. Decision approved by the Government of the Republic of Serbia is valid from 8th November 2014.

Notes: Holders of valid Schengen visa, UK visa and other EU countries’ visa and USA visa must leave the territory of the Republic of Serbia before the expiration of that visas or residence permits.

Holders of valid ONE ENTRY Schengen visa, UK visa and other EU countries’ visa and USA visa can enter the Republic of Serbia only if they did not use valid Schengen visa, UK visa and other EU countries’ visa and USA visa. If they already used the visa they can’t enter the Republic of Serbia.
